Portion Sizes – Here’s What Your Plate Should Look Like

Are You Eating The Correct Portion Size?

When filling your plate:

 

  •  Half of your plate should be fruits and vegetables.

 

  •   One-quarter of your plate should be whole grains. 

 

  •  One-quarter should be lean meat or protein.

 I tend to have portion sizes which are way too large; especially the protein.
