How Much Exercise Do I Need?

30 Minutes A Day.

 

That’s what we’ve heard most often and if you’re getting in 30 give yourself a pat on the back and set a goal to DO MORE!  

To prevent weight gain or maintain weight loss you should set a goal to get sixty minutes a day of vigorous exercise.  Vigorous exercise  causes you to sweat and breathe hard and also makes it hard to carry on a conversation.

Don’t have a full thirty minutes or an hour at one time? Go ahead and split the work out up-do ten minutes now and thirty minutes later.

Just get moving!
